The Strategic Digital Advertising Leadership role is responsible for establishing and expanding Vericast's direct programmatic advertising capabilities within our performance marketing agency framework for financial institutions. This position demands a strategic visionary who can execute complex technical implementations, evaluate digital platform partners, establish industry best practices, and construct a scalable programmatic infrastructure. Reporting to the VP of Agency Services, this position will lead programmatic infrastructure expansion, including platform assessment and implementation, while supporting current campaign execution. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive programmatic expertise in financial services, understands regulatory compliance requirements, and is motivated by building innovative capabilities within an established organizational context. Key responsibilities include comprehensive programmatic infrastructure development, strategic market intelligence cultivation, campaign execution and optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor relationship management. The role requires deep technical proficiency, financial services marketing acumen, and the ability to design compliant targeting methodologies. Qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Data Analytics - 8+ years hands-on programmatic advertising experience - 5+ years working with financial services clients - Proven track record of programmatic capability expansion - Expert knowledge of multiple Digital Service Platforms - Experience managing substantial media budgets - Comprehensive understanding of audience segmentation and attribution modeling Technical expertise spans programmatic ecosystems, audience targeting methodologies, bidding strategies, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional cross-functional communication abilities. Compensation range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually, with bonus potential.
