Repco is looking for a Ventas locales externas (NAPA Store Counter Sales) to be the primary face of our retail operations. You will be the go-to resource for customers entering the store for all their automotive needs, providing parts answers and solutions while delivering outstanding care in our fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone.
- Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members in answering customer questions.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and positive interactions with everyone entering the store.
- Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced retail stores.
- Welcome retail customers and engage with them to ensure a positive consumer experience.
- Use technology including a computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts.
- A High School Diploma, GED, or technical/trade school courses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An enjoyment of fast-paced retail environments.
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
Nice to Have
- A background and/or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership work.
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, or auto body/collision shop.
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
- An entirely customer-centric focus for both external and internal customers.
- ASE Certifications.
