Centene is looking for a Vendor Performance Analyst to identify and present business specifications based on customer needs and industry best practices. In this role, you will conduct assessments and monitoring of vendors to ensure contract and quality standards are met, implementing processes to support the company's business initiatives as we focus on transforming community health.

What You'll Do

Apply performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) to analyze, evaluate, and report vendor performance to senior management.
Monitor the productivity and quality of vendor services by analyzing data, reports, and site evaluations to ensure contract terms are met.
Prepare reports on vendor performance for internal oversight committees and assist in developing corrective action plans.
Identify systemic issues and develop and execute strategies to address them through company and vendor-specific initiatives.
Assist in the requirements, planning, and implementation of vendor processes and reports to support new products and other business activities.
Ensure vendor SLA and other KPI reports are provided to management as requested.
Validate the accuracy of data and statistics.
Examine reports to isolate trends and potential issues, focusing on root cause analysis.
Work with management to develop corrective action plans.
Assist with projects and activities of multiple Vendor Oversight Analysts (VOAs).

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in an operations or processing position.
3+ years of analytical and data processing experience.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance business outcomes.
