Mass General Brigham Community Physicians is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to coordinate budgets, track performance, and report results for individual contracts and business areas. You'll provide essential support to high-performing teams dedicated to exceptional patient care and groundbreaking medical discoveries.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the preparation of budgets, track performance, and report results for individual contracts, accounts, and/or business areas.
- Provide financial support including cost accounting, revenue recognition, financial management, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
- Interface regularly with project managers, account managers, and business area directors.
- Mentor employees engaged in finance and accounting activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization.
