St. Luke's University Health Network is looking for a Psychotherapist to join our Behavioral Health team in a part-time, evening remote role. You will provide essential counseling services within an outpatient program, performing assessments and delivering individual, family, and group therapy.
What You'll Do
- Perform intake assessments, evaluations, and referrals.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling using accepted standards of mental health care.
- Manage crisis intervention for assigned cases and provide backup for the program.
- Maintain a required amount of weekly scheduled client hours.
- Participate as a treatment team member and attend clinical supervision and staff meetings.
- Maintain appropriate records according to QA, State, and Joint Commission guidelines.
- Perform thorough Risk Assessments at intake and as needed.
- Support community and network departments by speaking at support groups and teaching about mental wellness topics.
- Provide tele-therapy (psychotherapy via video) as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- 0-14 years of post-licensure direct therapeutic experience.
Team & Environment
Maintains a team approach in treating patients in concert with psychiatrists.
