Position Overview
This full-time Registered Nurse role operates on a night schedule (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) at a regional medical center within a respected healthcare network. The nurse is responsible for overseeing all stages of patient care, ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, effective use of health technologies, and consistent delivery of compassionate, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the nursing process from assessment through evaluation, adapting care to patient needs and developmental stages
- Provide care that centers on patients and their families, promoting engagement and shared decision-making
- Access and coordinate administrative and clinical resources to support safe, efficient treatment
- Apply electronic health records and clinical support tools to manage patient data and outcomes
- Work alongside physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to align care plans and improve results
Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold active licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Applicants must be capable of fulfilling all essential job functions within the professional scope of practice and demonstrate competence in caring for patients across all age groups. Substitution of experience for formal education will not be accepted.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Compensation & Benefits
This onsite position, located at 81 Highland Avenue, offers an hourly rate ranging from $39.27 to $94.69, with additional compensation available through shift differentials, premiums, and bonuses.
