Role Overview
CRNAs will deliver anesthesia care throughout the perioperative journey, including pre-anesthetic evaluation, intraoperative management, and post-procedure pain control. You’ll work alongside anesthesiologists and surgical teams in modern operating rooms equipped with advanced monitoring and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments prior to anesthesia administration
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans
- Monitor patient status during procedures and manage anesthesia delivery
- Oversee recovery and post-anesthesia pain management
- Collaborate with anesthesia care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nurse anesthesia program and either certified or eligible for certification as a CRNA. Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary reaches up to $322,000, determined by experience and on-call participation, with a hiring range between $172,785.60 and $311,022.40. Choose between a sign-on bonus or a loan repayment program offering up to $100,000. Additional financial support includes a $2,500 annual practice and CME allowance.
Benefits include a pension plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, paid family and medical leave, and tuition reimbursement. Employment qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), with additional support for student loan management.
Schedule & Work Environment
The role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with flexible scheduling options. Shifts of 10, 12, 14, 16, and 24 hours are available across days, evenings, weekends, and nights to support work-life balance. Full-time and part-time positions accommodate varied preferences.
