Responsibilities
- Safely operate autonomous vehicles for 4 to 8 hours daily while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform basic software operations and relay feedback to engineering teams for system improvements.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and support transportation logistics.
- Serve as a representative of the client’s mission and values during public interactions.
- Collaborate across departments to support the development and deployment of autonomous driving systems.
Compensation
$29 per hour with shift-based bonuses: +5% for weekend day shifts and +10% for weekend night shifts

- Night shifts offered at 1:45 PM–10:15 PM, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM, 3:45 PM–12:15 AM, or 5:45 PM–2:00 AM.
- Workweek options include Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, or Saturday–Wednesday.
- Hourly pay rate is $29.
- Bonus pay: +5% for weekend day shifts, +10% for weekend night shifts.
Other
- Shifts consist of both day and night options with defined start and end times.
- Work schedules rotate among Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, or Saturday–Wednesday.
- Candidates must pass pre-employment and random drug tests as required by California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulations.
- Daily responsibilities include operating vehicles for 4 to 8 hours.
- Eligible for bonus pay: 5% increase for weekend day shifts and 10% for weekend night shifts.
