Aledade is hiring a Value-Based Care Performance Analyst to leverage healthcare data and analytics to improve clinical quality and financial performance for our partner practices. In this role, you will directly impact patient care and practice sustainability within risk-based payment models.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps in care, and performance opportunities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators for value-based care contracts
- Generate actionable reports and insights for internal teams and external practice partners
- Collaborate with Clinical, Data, and Network teams to drive performance improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare data analysis, particularly with value-based care, risk adjustment, or population health metrics
- Strong analytical skills using tools like SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel to manipulate and interpret large datasets
- Familiarity with healthcare data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, clinical quality measures) and payment models
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Detroit, MI, Atlanta, GA, Columbus, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, Salt Lake City, UT, and Indianapolis, IN.
