Responsibilities
- Establish pricing models to optimize return on investment for acquired properties and manage timelines for resale
- Collaborate with Sales and Construction teams to align on pricing, budgets, and project scopes for renovation plans
- Conduct accurate property valuations nationwide and maintain data integrity across all assessments
- Ensure timely completion of valuation reports to prevent extended market time for properties
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational objectives
