About the Role
Lead the design vision by shaping user experiences, defining interaction patterns, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes that align with product goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall design direction for digital products
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and behavioral insights
- Translate user needs into intuitive interface solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers to align design with business objectives
- Work alongside engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Establish and maintain a consistent design system
- Lead usability testing and interpret feedback for improvements
- Iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Ensure accessibility standards are met across all interfaces
- Balance user needs with technical constraints and timelines
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Document design processes and decisions for team reference
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software design
- Background in design leadership or team management
- Familiarity with design token systems and scalable frameworks
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
