About the Role

This role focuses on initiating conversations with potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis
  • Reach out to prospective clients using phone and email
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client needs

  • Adapt messaging based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Escalate high-potential opportunities to senior team members
  • Contribute to team goals through consistent performance
  • Monitor industry trends affecting target customers
  • Engage with prospects at various stages of the buyer journey
  • Support the development of outreach templates and sequences
