Personal Pay is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Smarthome team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing product flows for native apps and responsive web interfaces, acting as the primary reference for user experience, and driving UX strategies that directly impact business KPIs and product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Design product flows for native app and responsive web interfaces.
- Create high-quality deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Be the reference and voice for user experience in product definition, design, and implementation.
- Drive the definition and implementation of UX strategies that directly impact business KPIs and Smarthome product adoption.
- Act as a UX/UI technical reference for Product, Business, Marketing, and Development teams, offering guidance and making high-impact design decisions.
- Maintain an end-to-end view of the experience to optimize user experience and propose improvements.
- Be proactive in using AI tools to improve work methods, actively seeking task optimization and elevating the quality of design deliverables.
- Promote and evangelize best design practices (UX/UI, accessibility, usability) and new tools within and outside the team, ensuring technical and experience quality, and documenting processes.
- Work actively in the co-creation and strategic evolution of the Design System, ensuring consistency in every experience.
- Proactively detect improvement opportunities and new functionalities, iterating designs based on user insights.
- Actively participate in user research and collaborate on usability tests with UX Research.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in the co-creation and strategic evolution of a Design System.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Management skills, autonomy to manage projects and priorities, creativity, and effective communication.
