Personal Pay is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer specialized in Financial Solutions. You will focus on understanding user needs and business objectives to continuously design, optimize, and evolve the experience of products related to loan management, expenses, savings, investment, automated financial assistants, and financial education. What You'll Do
- Design and evolve the experience of features for managing income and expenses, loans, automated savings, secure investing, and financial decision-making.
- Develop interaction and information architecture deliverables like wireframes, flowcharts, conceptual documents, and interaction specifications.
- Proactively detect opportunities for improvement and new functionalities for products.
- Work with the PO Lead of the tribe to execute the definition-design-development process with best practices.
- Participate in the definition and design process with the initiative's Product Owner as a synchronized duo.
- Collaborate with UX Research and UX Writing roles.
- Analyze use cases for handling both happy and unhappy paths in product experience design.
- Iterate designs based on user research results.
- Design experiences with CRO metrics to optimize the conversion search process.
- Interact with stakeholders from Product, Business, Marketing, QA, Frontend, and Backend to generate value within the agile cycle.
- Work actively with the DesignOps team to evolve the Design System and ensure consistency across experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital product design.
- Experience in teams that have designed Payment solutions.
- Advanced knowledge in using Figma and FigJam.
- Experience working with design systems in Figma.
- Intermediate knowledge in using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Autonomy, creativity, communication, proactive attitude, and teamwork.
- Advanced management of agile methodologies.
