GFT Technologies SE is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on visual design, information architecture, usability, and UX writing. You will apply design systems, create materials from ambiguous objectives, and evaluate interfaces through prototyping and research.
What You'll Do
- Use grids, color, and typography effectively in digital interfaces.
- Apply design patterns for different devices and usage contexts.
- Implement, question, and propose updates to the design system and its components.
- Effectively use visual resources, proposing changes or requesting new ones.
- Create materials from less clear objectives and question or redefine them.
- Deliver work considering the immediate team, involved areas, and related programs.
- Apply concepts and principles to present information clearly.
- Understand the architecture of more than one project and its parts.
- Analyze and abstract information in depth to identify mental models.
- Adjust existing architecture with a strategic and transversal focus.
- Apply usability principles effectively and help evaluate guidelines across projects.
- Analyze people's behavior and expectations to make strategic interface modifications.
- Define new interactions.
- Evaluate hypotheses and abstract concepts with prototypes of any fidelity.
- Use and adapt different qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques.
- Evaluate optimization variables.
- Identify insights, make strategic recommendations, and establish guidelines.
- Know good writing practices and how they integrate into a multi-channel digital experience.
- Identify guidelines from other areas.
- Know and apply tone and voice with specific help.
- Collaborate with Content Designers on new proposals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Designer role.
