Cint is seeking an experienced Product Designer with a strong background in SaaS product design to shape customer experiences across its product suite. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic thinker who champions user-centered design, collaborates across disciplines, and delivers high-quality, timely design outputs.
What You'll Do
- Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products within the context of our customers, the business, and the market
- Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs, fuel product insights, and drive innovation
- Ideating on strategic design solutions with other members of the Product Design team, stakeholders, and partners
- Creating high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and design prototypes
- Translating complex systems into tangible, simple, UI concepts and demonstrating these concepts through strong storytelling and rapid prototyping
- Conducting user tests with customers to validate design solutions
- Documenting your design thinking, findings, and proposals and communicating these effectively to product teams and leadership
- Apply and contribute to our shared design system, ensuring visual consistency and design efficiency across all products
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, researchers, writers, business and brand strategists, product and engineering leads, and software developers
- Partnering with engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role, preferably on a product team working on complex, technical SaaS products with a B2B focus
- Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools—specifically Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus)
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated visual design skills with an ability to solve complex user problems with a beautifully intuitive interface
- Possess in-depth knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps
- Have a working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design
- Experience testing prototypes
