What You'll Do
Lead architecture projects from initial design through construction documentation and permitting. You'll develop accurate, code-compliant construction sets and detailed 3D models using Revit and Archicad, ensuring alignment with U.S. building practices. Prepare compelling visualizations and deliver clear, professional client presentations that support decision-making and project progress.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Revit and Archicad with a strong portfolio of built or permitted projects
- Multiple years of professional experience serving clients in the U.S. market
- Thorough understanding of U.S. building systems, local codes, and regulatory processes
- Fluency in spoken and written English for effective client interaction
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively
- Experience building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Must be based in Latin America and available for full-time work
