What You'll Do
Take ownership of architectural projects from initial design through construction documentation and permitting. You'll develop precise 3D models, generate construction sets compliant with U.S. standards, and support teams through approval processes. Your work will also include creating visualizations and leading client presentations to communicate design intent clearly.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Revit and Archicad for architectural modeling and documentation
- Multiple years of professional experience working on U.S.-based projects
- Strong understanding of U.S. building systems, local codes, and regulatory processes
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with U.S. professional practices and client expectations
- Proactive mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships with clients
- Must be based in Latin America and available for full-time work
