Faro Creaform Engineering is hiring a Digital Designer Developer to blend design sensibility with front-end development expertise. In this role, you’ll deliver high-performing digital experiences across email, interactive content platforms, and microsites, staying current with digital best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
What You'll Do
- Design and build responsive, accessible email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Translate static designs into modular, scalable email templates compatible with Salesforce Pardot.
- Test across devices and clients to ensure pixel-perfect rendering and optimal performance.
- Partner with marketing teams to refine content, CTAs, and layout for engagement and conversion.
- Concept, design, and build interactive content experiences using Tiled or similar platforms.
- Develop intuitive user flows and interactions that enhance storytelling and product education.
- Optimize interactive content for performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to repurpose existing assets into fresh, engaging interactive experiences.
- Design and develop responsive microsites using modern front-end web standards.
- Build modular components and maintain style consistency using brand guidelines and design systems.
- Implement light animations, transitions, and interactive elements to elevate the user experience.
- Work closely with product, content, and development stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in digital design and front-end development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or Sketch.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and supporting tools (Media Encoder, Audition).
- Proven experience designing and developing responsive emails and landing pages/microsites.
- Experience building interactive content using Tiled or similar platforms (Ceros, Figma prototypes, Webflow, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks.
- Understanding of layout systems, typography, color theory, and brand-driven design.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
