As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for web and mobile applications. Your work will directly influence product direction by combining user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility into thoughtful, functional designs.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Lead user research efforts, including usability testing and feedback analysis, to inform design decisions and refine user flows.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements, ensuring solutions are both usable and aligned with product objectives.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate design seamlessly into development cycles.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, supporting their growth through feedback and collaboration.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio in UX/UI and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
- Deep knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and apply findings to enhance user experiences.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design thinking to diverse audiences.
- Experience mentoring designers and contributing to team development.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones and adapt to evolving project demands.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Additional language capabilities.
