Babelgroup is looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, functional, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for researching, designing, and validating digital solutions that generate real impact, working closely with development, product, and business teams as part of an expanding, committed, and innovative team.

What You'll Do

Conduct user research and analysis exercises.
Identify user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Analyze and prioritize experience needs to define product behavior.
Design information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Validate that products meet established design requirements.
Iteratively evaluate usability, efficiency, satisfaction, and accessibility.
Collaborate actively with development teams during implementation.
Create and maintain design system components.
Design infographics and visual pieces necessary for digital services.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or Communication.
At least 2 years of formal work experience in UX design.
Advanced knowledge in user research, content architecture, navigation design, user flows and tasks, user stories, and prototyping.
Experience evaluating user effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction.
Mastery of strategic design and storytelling applied to digital experiences.
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma.
Proficiency with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and InDesign.
Knowledge of graphic design and visual communication.
Experience in interaction and digital interface design.
Basic notions of programming.
Usability and accessibility verification in digital products.
Knowledge of responsive design.
Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or Design Thinking.
Knowledge of UI/UX design patterns.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
