Voodoo is hiring a Product Designer to join the team behind Wizz, a dating app for GenZ with over 3 million monthly active users. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define problems, propose solutions, and design features that improve the user experience and drive business impact.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with research, data, product, and engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and improve existing products or introduce new features.
- Identify key issues and propose pragmatic solutions with an estimation of the business impact.
- Lead co-creative workshops (ideation, design reviews, design critiques, etc.) to generate ideas and refine solutions.
- Imagine, build, measure, and iterate on solutions to have an impact with the product teams.
- Participate in the prioritization of product initiatives to align efforts with business objectives.
- Identify key metrics to improve with your solutions and take responsibility for their success.
- Foster strong engagement, high performance, and involvement from product teams to collectively design high-quality solutions that meet best-in-class standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Product Design experience, with meaningful individual influence on a product.
- High-level skills in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and UI design.
- Thinks critically and can clearly justify decisions to address a specific problem effectively.
- Understand the desires and expectations of Gen Z users, and love digging deep to understand their needs in detail.
- Autonomous, results-driven, and able to propose solutions with a strong business impact.
- Enjoy designing captivating features while maintaining a pragmatic focus on business impact.
- View feedback as a way to grow, and enjoy both giving and receiving it.
- Fluent in French & English.
Nice to Have
- A first experience in mobile app is highly appreciated.
