As the Lead Experience Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process for high-impact digital products, shaping how artificial intelligence enhances both user experience and design workflows. You’ll define the strategic direction for complex systems, translating ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead design from initial concept through final delivery, using AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, refine execution, and expand creative possibilities
- Develop sophisticated interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes that set a high standard for usability and clarity across large-scale digital experiences
- Translate diverse inputs—user research, technical limitations, business objectives, and stakeholder feedback—into cohesive, defensible design strategies
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client teams to advocate for user-centered solutions without compromising strategic goals
- Produce the right artifacts—flows, prototypes, frameworks, or research summaries—to advance conversations at every project stage
- Design and maintain scalable, accessible systems that ensure consistency across fast-moving product environments
- Lead workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions with confidence, guiding teams toward shared understanding
- Stay ahead of evolving design practices, identifying new tools and methods to elevate team capabilities
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing experience in digital product, service, or systems design across varying scales and complexities
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX, product, or experience design, or equivalent practical expertise
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Claude, Midjourney, v0, or Cursor, with genuine interest in their evolving role in design
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions through wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and documentation
- Experience working within cross-functional teams to deliver human-centered digital solutions
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and systems-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in creating and managing detailed design deliverables across multiple levels of scope
- Experience documenting design work and collaborating effectively with development teams for smooth implementation
- Skilled in prototyping and light animation to convey interaction design intent
- Background in research and strategy, with the ability to turn insights into focused design opportunities
