Inetum is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience in digital experience design. You will lead user-centered research, conceptualization, and design initiatives, combining strategic thinking with mastery of UX/UI methodologies. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end user experience design for digital products.
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, data analysis, and usability studies.
- Define user journeys, information architectures, flows, and high-quality wireframes.
- Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with product and development teams during implementation.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency of the product through design systems.
- Facilitate co-creation, discovery, and validation workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyze usage metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Mentor more junior profiles and promote good design practices.
What We're Looking For
- More than 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or digital product design.
- Demonstrable experience in research, definition, and testing of solutions.
- Advanced mastery of Figma, including autolayouts, variables, and design systems.
- Solid knowledge of heuristics, accessibility, usability, and user-centered methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and with justification.
- Updated portfolio with real, process-oriented cases.
- Advanced Catalan language proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of analytics with Adobe (A/B testing).
- Experience with complex Design Systems.
