Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts for branding assets including brochures, flyers, illustrations, infographics, digital presentations, proposals, and social media content.
- Interpret client objectives and brand strategies to create effective design approaches, selecting suitable colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and logos.
- Ensure all design outputs comply with established brand guidelines, delivering high-quality results on time and to expected aesthetic standards.
- Keep current with evolving design trends and promote industry best practices among colleagues and clients.
- Deliver original and imaginative design concepts that support clients in making strong visual decisions.
- Collaborate with clients, marketing personnel, writers, developers, and project leads to implement design solutions efficiently.
- Clearly express design ideas while accurately interpreting creative briefs and integrating feedback constructively.
- Guide and support entry-level designers by sharing expertise and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Handle multiple design assignments concurrently, managing priorities and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and goal achievement.
