Indegene is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to implement innovative design ideas across digital and print mediums. In this role, you'll translate client needs and branding strategies into compelling visuals, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while supporting our global projects.
What You'll Do
- Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies, selecting appropriate colors, fonts, images, layouts, and logos.
- Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines, meeting expectations for aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and advocate best practices to team members and customers.
- Provide unique and innovative design solutions that guide clients toward effective design choices.
- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, content creators, developers, and project managers to execute design solutions.
- Communicate ideas clearly while understanding design briefs and incorporating feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing original work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience in branding, marketing design, and digital asset creation.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global work environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, covering different time zones as needed.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, or tech-related creative projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design.
- Knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, or web design tools.
