Indegene is looking for a Graphic Designer to focus on delivering omnichannel strategy for our pharmaceutical clients by creating and adapting digital and print assets. You will develop artwork for multichannel deliverables, ensure brand guidelines are met, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch, creating creative concepts.
Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) based on approved creative concepts, creating adaptations and updates from existing materials.
Work in partnership with design, copy, brand, project management, and production teams on briefs and project deliverables.
Ensure brand guidelines and media specs are adhered to for print final artworks and digital creative source files.
Ensure consistent creative quality throughout the lifetime of projects.
Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines.
Develop colour palettes and stylesheets as per directions.
Participate in assigned training programs and work on assignments as per requirements.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years digital and print design experience including User Interface design.
Expertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design or equivalent years of experience.
Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise and knowledge of responsive design principles.
Understanding of layout principles and experience completing tasks under strict layout principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Working knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experience.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
Good oral and written communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Candidate must reside in Spain, ideally in Madrid.
Spanish native language with business level written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

Experience with a mix of agency and client-side experience.
Experience working for pharmaceutical companies.
Additional platform experience with Firefly, Figma and Sketch/3D.
Motion Graphics including Video content editing/After Effects.
Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira.
