Inetum is hiring a Senior UX Designer to drive the complete overhaul of a strategic internal application for a major banking group. You will join an Agile Scrum team to design this product from the ground up, focusing on complex financial data and processes.
What You'll Do
- Understand a complex functional scope involving sensitive data and internal banking processes.
- Design wireframes and prototypes in Figma within an existing design framework.
- Produce interfaces respecting accessibility standards (WCAG), UX best practices, and product consistency.
- Expand and enrich an existing design system.
- Propose and justify multiple UX/UI approaches when necessary.
- Actively participate in Agile rituals: daily, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Work in short iterations, integrating feedback from technical and business teams.
- Conduct reviews of developed screens to verify conformity with Figma mockups.
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for internal or consumer web products.
- Expert mastery of Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems).
- Solid experience in UX and UI design for complex applications.
- Strong sensitivity to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Excellent understanding of the product design cycle (discovery, ideation, design, test).
- Ability to quickly grasp an advanced subject.
- Strong interpersonal skills with technical (developers, Tech Lead) and functional (BA, PO, PM) profiles.
- High autonomy, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to argue choices pedagogically while being open to feedback.
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking, financial, or large corporate environments.
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) or projects with high business complexity.
- Notions of user testing methodologies.

Work Mode
