Indegene is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 8–10 years of professional experience to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive high-impact creative execution across print and digital platforms, translating complex briefs into compelling visual solutions while inspiring teams and ensuring measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design execution across print, digital, and UI projects.
- Translate complex briefs into compelling visual solutions with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Proofing teams, Clients, and Operations Managers to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
- Proactively identify design challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.
- Ensure meticulous proofing, brand consistency, and compliance, especially critical in regulated environments.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in print production, layout systems, branding, and UI design principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional eye for detail and quality control.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in creative workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a Life Sciences or Healthcare organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design or a related domain from a recognised university.
