Inetum, an agile and international digital consultancy, is looking for a UI Designer to join our positive and innovative environment. You will focus on creating modern, consistent, and user-oriented visual interfaces, leveraging your expertise in Figma and a commitment to visual quality.
What You'll Do
- Design web and/or mobile interfaces with a high visual level.
- Create mockups, components, and prototypes in Figma.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System.
- Manage Variables and Design Tokens in Figma for colors, typography, spacing, and effects.
- Ensure visual consistency across products and teams.
- Collaborate with UX, development, and product teams to guarantee precise implementation.
- Document style guides and specifications for the technical team.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a UI Designer.
- Mastery of Figma, including Components and variants, Variables (color, type, dimensions, effects), creation and maintenance of Design Tokens, and Shared libraries.
- Solid foundation in typography, color, grid, iconography, and responsive design.
- Experience in prototyping.
- An updated portfolio.
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with corporate Design Systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Notions of accessibility (WCAG).
- Notions of motion and micro-interactions.
