Design meaningful digital experiences as part of a selective network of UI professionals. You'll create clean, functional interfaces that align with established design systems while adapting to evolving project needs across industries.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine user interface designs for scalable digital products
- Work closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, and consultants to shape solutions based on user and business goals
- Ensure consistency by following and contributing to design systems and best practices
- Build reusable, flexible UI components that support long-term product growth
- Present design work to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently
- Collaborate throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery
- Lead design initiatives and help define standards (Senior level)
- Guide junior designers and improve team workflows (Senior level)
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of layout, typography, color, and interface patterns
- Minimum of 2 years of professional UI design experience (5+ years for senior roles)
- Proficient in Figma and other standard design tools
- Experience working within or evolving a design system
- Portfolio demonstrating UI work on commercial digital products
- For senior roles: portfolio must include at least 3 projects where you led design efforts or significantly influenced outcomes
- Understanding of UX principles and their impact on interface decisions
- Interest in using AI tools to streamline design tasks and improve efficiency
- Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1 or higher)
- Detail-focused approach with problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with developers, including basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
