Transdev is hiring a Utility Worker in Santa Rosa, CA to perform essential vehicle servicing duties. This role focuses on maintaining the fleet and facilities, requiring customer service-oriented professionals dedicated to safety.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles, both interior and exterior
- Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles
- Fuel buses, replenish fluids, and log all fluid usage
- Download drive cameras and probe fare boxes
- Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
- Report maintenance issues to your supervisor
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to obtain a CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
- Ability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug test and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting pay $24.81 with progression to $29.80 over 5 years
- Paid time off accrual, including 5 days paid sick leave
