McKesson Corporation is hiring a Utility Technician Specialist, a vital support role within our Biomed Center. This position requires exceptional teamwork and flexibility, serving as a critical link in the biomedical device repair process by supporting technicians and ensuring operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Process parts requisitions for biomedical technicians
- Pick and deliver parts orders accurately and promptly
- Process device return authorizations to manufacturers
- Perform data entry tasks
- Clean devices, which may require wearing PPE for protection
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship supplies and equipment
- Ensure work areas remain clean and safe
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience
- Strong decision-making and time management skills
- Professional communication abilities for interacting with manufacturers and customers
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds
- Commitment to McKesson i2Care and iLead principles
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in data entry and order fulfillment
- Forklift certification may be required
