Responsibilities
- Investigate user behaviors, motivations, and needs using techniques like journey mapping, persona creation, heuristic reviews, and usability testing
- Engage in stakeholder interviews, collaborative workshops, user research, UX assessments, and synthesis of findings, including evaluations for AI readiness
- Help shape information architecture by defining content hierarchies, structured content strategies, and navigation systems
- Develop core UX outputs including user flows, journey diagrams, wireframes, sitemaps, and low- to mid-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Support the design of experiences enhanced by artificial intelligence, such as prompt-based interactions, GPT-integrated pathways, and conversational user interfaces
- Design user interfaces focused on driving conversions, including online shopping journeys, product listing and detail pages, and filtering or checkout systems
- Ensure all design outputs follow accessibility standards, are mobile-responsive, and adhere to usability best practices
- Work closely with design, development, and client engagement teams to align strategy, design, and technical execution
- Help evolve the internal UX practice by contributing to standards, processes, and innovation efforts
