About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across digital channels to support scalable growth. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative thinking to identify high-performing channels, manage budgets efficiently, and improve conversion metrics through testing and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across paid channels
- Analyze performance data to guide budget allocation decisions
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce effective ad content
- Monitor key metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing and user feedback
- Manage relationships with external advertising platforms
- Forecast acquisition trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure brand consistency across all user touchpoints
- Work closely with analytics teams to track campaign effectiveness
- Identify new growth opportunities in emerging digital channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools
- Lead bid and targeting strategies on programmatic platforms
- Coordinate with product teams to align on user onboarding
- Implement tracking systems to measure user journey performance
- Drive cross-channel attribution modeling efforts
- Support development of audience segmentation strategies
- Evaluate third-party data sources for targeting improvements
- Produce regular performance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Manage daily campaign operations and troubleshooting
