About the Role

The role involves overseeing logistical and administrative operations in the U.S., supporting program delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with local requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities in the United States
  • Coordinate logistics for programs and events
  • Serve as a point of contact for local partners and stakeholders
  • Support enrollment and participant onboarding processes
  • Track program supplies and materials distribution
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist in scheduling and calendar management
  • Monitor communication between U.S. participants and central teams
  • Ensure adherence to operational timelines
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise
  • Prepare reports on operational performance
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Support budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for participants
  • Oversee local transportation arrangements
  • Coordinate accommodation logistics where applicable
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
  • Respond to inquiries from participants and families
  • Update internal documentation regularly
  • Assist with emergency response procedures
  • Conduct site checks for program locations
  • Support marketing efforts with local insights
  • Gather feedback from participants and staff
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data privacy standards are maintained
