Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities in the United States
- Coordinate logistics for programs and events
- Serve as a point of contact for local partners and stakeholders
- Support enrollment and participant onboarding processes
- Track program supplies and materials distribution
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist in scheduling and calendar management
- Monitor communication between U.S. participants and central teams
- Ensure adherence to operational timelines
- Troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise
- Prepare reports on operational performance
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting
- Facilitate orientation sessions for participants
- Oversee local transportation arrangements
- Coordinate accommodation logistics where applicable
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
- Respond to inquiries from participants and families
- Update internal documentation regularly
- Assist with emergency response procedures
- Conduct site checks for program locations
- Support marketing efforts with local insights
- Gather feedback from participants and staff
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Ensure data privacy standards are maintained
