Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialized payroll experience, specifically handling US-based payroll (understanding US tax cycles is a must).
- Proven experience with a Payroll System, such as ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are daily tools).
- Proven experience using Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform. You must understand the importance of ticket status, priority levels and SLA countdowns.
- Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to explain complex pay issues to US employees.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving—you don’t just report a variance; you find the source. Must be a self-starter, hands on and able to be flexible with competitive work demands. Take the initiative to look beyond any variances and get to the source of the problem or identify trends; Meticulous organizational skills and detail-oriented; Professional communication skills, experience with handling sensitive and confidential data; Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, including the ability to perform and complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy, work cooperatively with others and showing courteousness and a high level of professionalism.
