PointClickCare is seeking a (US) Learning Program Manager to oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of learning programs for our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for creating impactful onboarding for new hires and managing ongoing enablement initiatives for existing team members.
What You'll Do
- Manage the development, delivery, and maintenance of learning programs for the Professional Services team.
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Create and manage ongoing enablement programs for existing team members.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and effective.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements based on feedback and data.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program management, specifically in learning and development.
- Experience designing and implementing onboarding and enablement programs.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
