Heartbeat Health is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical Services Coordinator to support our clinical operations and member community. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring smooth coordination of services and acting as a crucial link for Spanish-speaking members.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate clinical services and operations for members and providers in the Pacific Time Zone
- Serve as the primary bilingual (Spanish) point of contact for member inquiries and support
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and communication to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in a clinical coordination, patient navigation, or healthcare operations role
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, Pacific Time Zone-aligned schedule
