Aledade is hiring a Senior GTM Technology Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary owner of our Lever ATS, focusing on optimizing our hiring processes and talent acquisition strategy to support Aledade's mission.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Lever Applicant Tracking System.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Lever to support efficient and scalable recruiting workflows.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Recruiting teams to optimize hiring processes and data integrity.
- Analyze hiring data and generate reports to provide insights into recruitment funnel performance.
- Manage integrations between Lever and other HR and marketing technology platforms.
- Provide training and support to recruiting team members on Lever best practices and functionality.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an administrator or power user of the Lever ATS.
- Proven ability to configure complex workflows, user roles, and reporting dashboards within Lever.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment.
