BHG Financial is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our Workday platform. You’ll play a key role in system configuration, reporting, and ensuring data integrity across HR functions.
What You'll Do
- Configure, maintain, and support the Workday HCM system
- Ensure data integrity and security through audits and governance
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Provide end-user support and training for HR system processes
- Partner with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into system solutions
- Manage system updates, testing, and change management processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday HCM
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management
- Experience building Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve user inquiries
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
