As an HRIS Professional, you will play a central role in maintaining and improving the organization’s Workday environment. Your responsibilities will include configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Workday systems to ensure seamless functionality across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and validate system changes, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported through the global ticketing system
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and communicate project progress
- Lead end-to-end testing for new configurations and system updates
- Support Workday release upgrades and new feature implementations
- Document system processes, configurations, and integration workflows
- Act as project lead for Workday initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables
- Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years supporting HRIS platforms, with at least 2 years focused on technical Workday configuration
- Proven experience in Workday reporting, integrations, and documentation
- Familiarity with Workday Docs and maintaining system records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while engaging cross-functionally with global teams
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
