Global Finance Teams (GFT) is hiring a Healthcare Client Management professional to oversee and nurture key client relationships within the US healthcare sector. In this fully remote role, you will ensure client satisfaction and retention by acting as the main liaison between our healthcare clients and internal service delivery teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with key healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services that meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess needs and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and enhancing client value.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client management software.
- Willing to work remotely.
- Willing to work US Hours from Mondays to Fridays.
