Becton, Dickinson and Company is hiring a Urology Territory Manager to drive revenue growth for our urology portfolio across acute and community healthcare settings in the Lancashire, North Yorkshire, and Humber territory. You will work closely with clinical and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions that reduce catheter-associated urinary tract infections and support better patient care.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business acquisition and support existing accounts within a defined portfolio.
- Deliver sales strategies aligned with business goals and regional needs.
- Build strong relationships across clinical and commercial teams to support solution adoption.
- Use market data to identify opportunities and inform territory planning.
- Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Support the implementation of CAUTI reduction initiatives across hospitals and community settings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in medical device sales, with a track record of delivering results.
- Confident understanding of the evolving NHS structure, particularly Integrated Care Boards.
- Skilled in using data to guide strategic decisions and territory planning.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse teams.
- Experienced in account management with a focus on long-term growth.
- Strong command of SFDC CRM, used daily.
Nice to Have
- Background in urology or continence care.
- Experience leading hospital-wide projects.
