Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Urology Sales Representative to serve as the main interface for various hospital segments. You will be responsible for delivering technical information on urology and CAUTI Prevention products and solutions, focusing on expanding sales within your assigned territory through presentations and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Create and conduct sales presentations on the Urology product line to multiple decision makers.
- Present multiple product and Prevention Solutions.
- Call on healthcare facilities within your assigned territory to expand product sales.
- Lead all customer product evaluations and implementations.
- Assist other Medline sales representatives with questions via email, phone, or in person.
- Follow up with customers and sales reps when evaluations or implementations are completed.
- Participate with the division on overall product strategy, competitive analyses, and research and development requirements.
- Maintain existing business and present new products to grow business.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating cold calling, commission, and full-cycle sales, OR at least 5 years of such sales experience.
- At least 2+ years of related sales experience within the medical supplies industry.
- Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
- Up to 30% overnight travel within the assigned territory, with expectation of being in the field 90% of the time.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate to a sales organization and customers.
- MS Office (Word and Excel) proficiency.
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow up skills.
- Must live within the assigned territory.
