Skyworks is hiring a University Relations Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for attracting and hiring students into full-time, intern, and co-op roles across the company. You'll be instrumental in building the next generation of talent for our fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Promote the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities.
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for designated hiring needs within specific business units.
- Source and build candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical student roles.
- Coordinate phone screens and video interviews.
- Attend campus events and tech talks virtually at targeted schools.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand needs and guide them through selection and hiring.
- Work closely with the HR Global Services team on the post-offer process through to onboarding.
- Handle other recruitment duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years of Recruiting experience and familiarity with internship and co-op programs.
- Ability to independently multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with superior organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence.
Nice to Have
- At least 2 years of campus recruiting experience, ideally recruiting engineering students such as electrical engineers.
- Exposure to technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
- Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
- Experience with Handshake or other campus recruiting software.
- Experience with international students and the CPT/OPT sponsorship process.
Work Mode
This role operates in a local-country work mode, supporting recruitment efforts across the country.
