Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for Signarama, part of United Franchise Group. You will play a key role in shaping brand presence and supporting franchisees with creative marketing solutions across a diverse range of projects.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging social media content aligned with our annual marketing calendar.
- Support franchisees by setting up and managing social accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Design and produce impactful marketing assets such as presentation decks, print materials, social graphics, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Organize and maintain marketing resources across platforms like OneDrive, Gorilla Dash, and internal systems.
- Present confidently in virtual and live settings, including Discovery Day Tours, webinars, and training sessions.
- Assist our Marketing Board of Directors on various initiatives and administrative needs, including billing, meeting minutes, and coordinating meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver consistent, compelling brand communications.
- Stay ahead of trends and share fresh ideas to keep our marketing strategies effective.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing or Business OR 1-3 years' related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for handling franchisee support calls and team communications.
- Ability to thrive independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Knowledge of marketing tools like Meta Business Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft365.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with TikTok, video editing software, and project management platforms like Asana.
