Every, a global leader for entrepreneurs, is hiring a Business Advisor/Field Support Specialist to support Signarama franchise owners. In this role, you will act as a coach, strategist, and motivator, working directly with stores to boost sales, sharpen operations, and improve marketing. You will spend approximately 50% of your time traveling within your assigned region.
What You'll Do
- Visit franchise locations to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help owners fine-tune operations, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Analyze P&L statements, uncover growth opportunities, and set actionable goals.
- Guide franchisees through marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.
- Serve as the primary bridge between franchise owners and the corporate support team.
- Celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep everyone moving forward.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding.
- Experience in project management and implementing industry best practices.
- Ability to advise on labor, vendor, and supplier procurement challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating new business processes and procedures.
- A strong understanding of retail, marketing, and operations.
- Confidence reading financials and turning insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills and patience to guide and inspire others.
- Tech-savvy nature and comfort with new tools.
- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and willingness to travel ~50% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a Business Advisor in a related industry, preferably signs.
- Experience in franchising.
- Design or POS system knowledge.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role requiring significant regional travel, based in one of the following locations: Cleveland, OH; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; or West Palm Beach, FL.
