Unilever is seeking driven candidates for its Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) in Supply Chain and Procurement. This is a 6-month internship designed to accelerate your readiness for future business leadership roles by providing challenging, hands-on project work at one of the world's largest consumer goods companies.
What You'll Do
- Leverage technologies like real-time data analytics and robotic process automation across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with experienced teams and leaders on tangible, real-life projects.
- Provide strategic supply chain analysis and support the commercialization of new business opportunities.
- Join the frontlines of a logistics digitization journey to improve data hygiene and conversion.
- Support the delivery of deforestation-free, sustainable sourcing and traceable palm oil supply chains.
- Front negotiations with key suppliers and learn best-in-class contracting practices to build sourcing resilience.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (fresh graduates are not eligible).
- Commitment of a minimum of 3 days per week (full-time commitment preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
