Donaldson Company is looking for an Assembler to join our team in Nicholasville, KY. In this onsite, second-shift role, you will work collaboratively to assemble Mobile Solutions air filtration systems in an innovative and team-oriented environment. You will contribute to solving complex filtration challenges for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Gather relevant blueprints, build sheets, and necessary parts and hardware for assembly.
- Use mechanical ability, work instructions, and hand tools to assemble products.
- Test equipment when necessary.
- Operate Overhead Cranes and lifting devices.
- Handle and transport materials and product.
- Perform quality inspection and fill out necessary paperwork for record.
- Package and crate assembled products and load for shipment.
- Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in DPS through continuous improvement and kaizen events.
- Successfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training (if applicable).
What We're Looking For
- Experience with material handling using forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- A quality-conscious mindset.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Nicholasville, KY and requires working the second shift.
