Donaldson Company is looking for an Assembler to join our team in Nicholasville, KY. In this onsite, second-shift role, you will work collaboratively to assemble Mobile Solutions air filtration systems in an innovative and team-oriented environment. You will contribute to solving complex filtration challenges for our customers.

What You'll Do

Gather relevant blueprints, build sheets, and necessary parts and hardware for assembly.
Use mechanical ability, work instructions, and hand tools to assemble products.
Test equipment when necessary.
Operate Overhead Cranes and lifting devices.
Handle and transport materials and product.
Perform quality inspection and fill out necessary paperwork for record.
Package and crate assembled products and load for shipment.
Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
Participate in DPS through continuous improvement and kaizen events.
Successfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training (if applicable).

What We're Looking For

Experience with material handling using forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
A quality-conscious mindset.
Ability to read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions.
A High School Diploma or GED.
Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
